Milwaukee man was badly beaten and tortured for stealing weed, and it was
shared on snapchat. The videos showed the man named Delvin being beaten by drug
dealers, especially by a man who refers to himself as “Superman”. As the bruised
man tried to get up, he was urinated on. It's not clear if he survived the
