A man declared wanted for fraud by ICPC

The person whose picture appears above, Mr. OGBONNA IFEANYI SAMUEL, is hereby declaredWANTED by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) in connection with issues bordering on fraud. Mr. Ogbonna, an indigene of Ukwa in Aba Local Government Area of Abia State, is dark in complexion and was born on 16th October 1980 (36 years old). His last known address was New Kutunku, Behind Federal Road Safety Commission, Gwagwalada, Abuja-FCT.
