The Prosecuting Counsel, ASP Blessing Ezeala, told the court
that one Mr Auta Monday of Jikwoi Phase 1 reported the matter at Jikwoi Police
Station on March 29.
She said that the matter was later transferred to the Criminal
Investigation and Intelligence Department, FCT Police Command, Abuja.
Ezeala said that sometimes in March, Okon seduced the
complainant’s daughter, aged 11, a pupil of LEA Primary School, Jikwoi.
She said that together with three other girls of the same
school, all between the age range of 10 and 11, Okon invited them to his house.
``By using his laptop and playing pornographic movie to
them, he was able to seduce them to concede to his demand,’’ she said.
The prosecutor also said that the defendant bought some
biscuits for the girls and later had carnal knowledge of them.
Ezeala said the offence contravened Section 283 of the Penal
Code.
