Disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong has sold his multi-million dollar mansion after spending years renovating it as he faces the prospect of prolonged legal battles over his ill-gotten prize money.
A local businessman reportedly took out a $3.1million loan to buy Armstrong's home in Austin, Texas, which earlier this year served as the setting for his confessional televised interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Oil and gas businessman Al Koehler admitted that he bought the home, though he did not specifically state the amount that he paid.
