Man Forces Neighbour?s Wife To Suck His Penis

A 19-year old man, Idris Kalejaiye has been arraigned before an Apapa Magistrates’ court, Lagos State Southwest Nigeria for allegedly forcing his neighbour’s wife, (names withheld) to suck his penis.
The 33-year old housewife said, “he ordered me to swallow his sperm when he released it into my mouth in order not to waste it.”
Kalejaiye allegedly broke into the victim’s house at 86, Muyibi street, Olodi Apapa, Lagos when her husband was not around and threatened to kill her if she did not suck his penis.
According to the woman, he warned her to suck it so that he would enjoy it.
He also threatened to kill her with a razor blade he had with him if she should bite his penis in the process of sucking it.
In her statement to the police before the suspect was charged to court, the victim said she was sleeping in their bedroom when Kalejaiye broke in and entered her room.
“ He woke me up and told me that he wanted to have sex with me. I pleaded with him not to do so in the presence of my children who might wake up. He then brought out his penis and forced it into my mouth and forced me to suck it,” the victim recounted her ordeal.
She added that Kalejaiye warned her to comply, otherwise he would kill her. She said she obeyed him and when he released the semen, he forced her to swallow it. Then he left.
She said it was later she discovered that it was Kalejaiye that disguised as a strange man and sneaked to her house to debase her. She said she narrated to her husband the next day what happened.
The matter was reported to the police and he was arrested and charged to court. The police prosecutor arraigned him on a four-count charge of felony, conspiracy, burglary, and indecent assault.
When the charge was read to him, he pleaded not guilt.
The presiding Magistrate, Mr. E. O. Ogundare granted him bail in the sum N200,000 with two sureties each in like sum.The matter was adjourned till 30 March 2012 for mention.
He was remanded in prison custody at Kirikiri Apapa Lagos pending when he will fulfil his bail conditions
