The Peoples Democratic Party won all the 24 local government chairmanship positions contested for in Saturday’s council polls held in Niger State, the Independent Electoral Commission Chairman in the state.
He named the winners of the polls: Abdullahi Kwatu for Paikoro local government area; Isah Estu-gaie for Agaie council, Aliyu Halidu (Agwara), Umar Edota (Bida) and Mohammed S. Pissa (Borgu).
Others were Ladidi R. Bawa for Bosso Council, Yakubu M. Sallau (Chanchaga), Idris L.Gimba (Gbako), Adamu Gani (Gurara) and Isah S. Baka for Lapai council.www.mannastores.com
