NDLEA to release Baba Suwe to family, lawyers for independent scan

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, Tuesday, said it had informed the  family and lawyers of detained ace comedian, Mr. Babatunde Omidina (Baba Suwe), of their readiness to release him to them for an independent scan to bring the matter to a conclusive end.
Confirming the development to Vanguard, Airport Commander of the agency, Mr. Hamza Umar, said the agency made this position known to the family members and his lawyers when they visited their office on Monday.
He also said they were told to take him to any independent scan examination of their choice under the watchful eyes of the agency, assuring that they were prepared to release the actor should the independent scan say otherwise. www.mannastores.com
