Nigerians arrested for Drugs in South Africa
Four Nigerian nationals were arrested and cocaine with a street value of R5m confiscated in a raid on a Lonehill house in northern Johannesburg on Monday morning, police said.
The men were allegedly manufacturing cocaine inside the house, said Captain Pinky Tsinyane. Police had received a tip-off from residents in the area who were suspicious about the activity at the house. The house was raided at 04:00 on Monday after one of the men spotted the police and tried to run away, said Tsinyane.
All four would appear in the Randburg Magistrate's Court later this week on charges of possession and dealing.www.mannastores.com
