Femi and Funke Kuti to appear in court June 21 to dissolve their marriage

The ex-couple who have been separated since 2003 will meet in court next week Tuesday June 21 to kick start the process to dissolve their 16year old marriage. Femi, who filed the divorce papers on grounds of 'irreconcilable differences' will stand as the petitioner, while Funke will stand as the respondent.

Funke moved out of the couples home in April 2003 but their only child Made stayed behind with Femi and Funke is said to have unrestricted access to him and she's also allowed to keep the name 'Kuti' after the divorce. www.mannamart.com
