Chief Ladi Williams wins libel case against his brothers...court orders them to pay him N10m

The 4yr-old libel case Lagos lawyer, Chief Ladi Rotimi Williams (SAN) filed against his two blood brothers, Folarin and Tokunbo, has ended in a Lagos High Court. And Chief L.R. Williams won the case. www.mannastores.com
 justice G.M Onyeabo of the Lagos High Court gave judgement and an order of perpetual injunction restraining the defendants, their agents, privies, assigns, and successors from further publication, circulation and or use of a letter dated 7th July 2007, which chief Ladi Williams complained about.

A sum of N10m was also awarded as damages for libel and 'unjustifiably disparaging' Ladi's name and reputation. If you missed the previous post on this fight between four blood brothers, then read here
