House of Rep is asking for more compensation for slain youth corp members

The House of Reps yesterday said the N5million compensation given to the families of slain corpers who lost their lives in the post-election crisis was too small.
They are asking for an upward review of the compensation. They also asked the federal government to name streets in the Federal Capital Territory after them and urged governors of the states where the corps members were killed to name prominent streets after them also.
