Cecilia Ibru regains freedom

According to Azuh Arinze of Encomium Magazine, Mrs Cecilia Ibru regained her freedom sometime in Feb 2011 and was allowed to leave the country. She's believed to be chilling in one of the family's houses in St John's Wood, UK. How the rich serve their jail terms in Nigeria.
