| Nwayo with Indian police after his arrest |
A Nigerian man, Innocent Nwayo, 31, has been arrested in South Delhi, India, for killing his 22yr old Myanmarese live-in girlfriend and dumping her body in a travel bag. He left the bag in his rented house for many weeks until the owner of the house informed the police that a very foul smell was coming out of the locked flat. The police broke down the door on Nwayo's flat on May 20 and found the decomposed body of the lady wrapped in a blanket and tied with a plastic rope.
Nwayo who had fled after the killing, was tracked down and arrested. He's since confessed to the killing, saying it happened after they had a huge arguement about another woman. He said her death was a mistake.
Innocent Nwayo was a police sergeant for 7years in Nigeria before relocating to India a few years ago. http://www.mannamart.com/
