Models of all sizes team up for campaign to encourage body positivity
French body-positive
blogger Clémentine 'Clem' Desseaux, 28, and 25-year-old British model Charli
Howard who was told by a modelling agency that she was 'too big' at 5'8
and a US size 2-4 to model, have collaborated to create the All Woman Project,
a campaign aimed at encouraging body positivity.
Speaking
to SELF, Charli said about the campaign:
'We really want the media to celebrate women of
all shapes and sizes and to stop training girls to think they have to be these
white, skinny, tall, beauty ideals. She added: 'Everyone looks completely
different, and we need to embrace that and start really encouraging it more in
fashion images.'
