Apple reveals the world's slimmest laptop: MacBook boasts 12 inch screen, full size keyboard and is just 13.1mm thin

  • Apple has revealed world's thinnest laptop that experts say could pave the way for an 'iPad Mega' this year

  • The device is 24 per cent thinner than the 11-inch MacBook Air
  • It blurs the line between the iPad, iPhone and the Macbook range
  • Apple says the full size keyboard is now four times more accurate
  • Device comes in silver, space grey and gold, and will ship 10 April
  • It starts at $1,299 for 8GB memory in the US, and £1,049 in the UK
