The Federal Government through the Minister of Health, Professor Onyebuchi Chukwu, today gave reasons why it withheld its approval for the Anti-Ebola drug Nano-Silver produced by a Nigerian scientist in the Diaspora.
While speaking with the American Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr James Entwistle, in his office today, the minister revealed that the experimental drug, was withheld because it did not meet the requirements of the National HealthResearch Ethics Code.
